Autoglass® reserves the right to carry out a full investigation to determine the cause of any reported damage before accepting any liability. Liability will only be accepted where the investigation confirms that Autoglass® is directly responsible for the damage. In such cases, we will arrange for the necessary repairs at no cost to you.


All claims are subject to our Terms of Business, which continue to apply and were accepted at the time of booking.
