Check that the expiry date is written in the correct format (MM/YYYY);
Check that the card number and name for your payment option is correct;
If you’re using a new payment method, check that it’s activated.
If you’re still unable to make a payment, we can take it over the phone. You can also choose to pay your technician on the day of your appointment. Please note, we only accept card payments.
