Can I get a price quote?

If you're insured with cover for glass damage Book online and we'll confirm what excess you'll have to pay before carrying out the work.
If you're not insured or don't have cover for glass damage We are unable to carry out the work. This is due to an increased demand in our services and is only a temporary measure until we resume normal service levels.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by debit/credit card using our secure online payment system.

Can I pay for my booking online?

Yes. You can pay any outstanding balance you have online. Just click on the link in your confirmation email.

I'm having trouble making a payment online

Sorry to hear that you’ve been having problems paying online. Before trying to submit your payment again, we recommend the following:

  • Check that the expiry date is written in the correct format (MM/YYYY);
  • Check that the card number and name for your payment option is correct;
  • If you’re using a new payment method, check that it’s activated.

If you’re still unable to make a payment, we can take it over the phone. You can also choose to pay your technician on the day of your appointment.

Please note, we only accept card payments.
