We offer an excellent basic salary of £25,500 per annum for Technicians with previous vehicle glass repair and replacement experience (subject to proof of competence) and £18,000 per annum for Trainee Technicians. How much you earn is up to you - you will have the opportunity to earn an uncapped bonus based on your achievement of personal targets for productivity and providing great customer service and an outstanding level of workmanship*.
Your package will also include 28 days paid leave annually (including public holidays), the opportunity to enhance your earnings with our generous bonus scheme based on achievement of personal targets*.
*Trainee Technicians are not eligible
