Our training and development opportunities not only give you the skills you need to do your job well, but the ability to provide terrific levels of service. Whether you are a new or experienced technician, an advisor or part of our support function and management teams, we’ll provide you with training for both professional and personal success.
If you choose to become a technician you’ll attend our Startline Programme at one of our regional Training Centres. This modular programme will provide you with essential Health & Safety training as well as guidance on how to provide customers with the best levels of service. The course is split between classroom and hands-on fitting experience, giving you the knowledge and confidence to start your Technician career in the best possible way.
All our Technicians are provided with training to enable them to achieve IMI accreditation in line with the Institute of the Motor Industry's professional standards.
Sales & Service Centre advisors
As part of this vital team you will receive training spread over a number of weeks split between classroom and hands on practice with the support of expert coaches. This will cover not only the technical skills required but will also develop your service and communication skills to ensure we provide the best possible experience for our customers.
We’ve a comprehensive range of programmes for our Managers within our Management Academy, to enhance both personal and professional skills. These range from structured programmes for our future Managers via the Potential Managers Programme, to optional self development activities and courses to develop key people management and leadership skills for both new and experienced Managers.
