Managing Director

Matthew was appointed Managing Director of Autoglass^® in July 2010.

Prior to that, he held a variety of leadership roles within consumer markets including Managing Director of Frontline, the UK’s biggest magazine sales and distribution business.

Matthew started his career in retail with Marks & Spencer and Boots before moving onto a number of senior Sales and General Management roles working with some of the world’s leading brands, including Levis, Guinness, Smirnoff, Johnnie Walker and Mars.

Matthew graduated with a B.Sc. Econ in European Studies from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. He later completed the CIM Diploma in Marketing and graduated with an MBA from Warwick Business School.

Finance Director

Neil joined the company in June 2005 as finance director, with responsibility for the accounts, customer accounts, internal audit, property departments and IT.

Earlier in his career, Neil held a number of financial positions within Heywood Williams and Courtaulds Textiles.  He then joined Plumbs, the privately-owned, soft-furnishings company, first as finance director and then most recently as managing director.

Neil graduated from Sheffield University before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in Sheffield.

Operations & Supply Chain Director

Darren was appointed Operations & Supply Chain Director in September 2012. In this role he is responsible for leading our Operations and Supply Chain teams across the UK. This includes the sharing and adaptation of best practice service delivery, customer delight strategies and the ongoing development of the operations team.

Darren has a long history with the Belron^® group, having joined Autoglass^® in 1991 as a Technician, progressing his career through Branch and Central Operations Management before becoming Operations Director of Laddaw^® in 2006 until January 2010 when he moved over to Australia. After a few years supporting the Australian business as the Automotive Operations Director of O’Brien^® Darren and his family returned back to the UK and the Belron^® UK team.

Darren brings a passion for customer service supported by a strong expertise in leadership and operations excellence.

Sales and Marketing Director

André joined Autoglass^® as Sales Director in November 2009, becoming Sales and Marketing Director in 2012. In this role he leads the account management, sales and marketing teams and is responsible for further developing the service that Autoglass^® delivers to its insurance and fleet customers as well as overseeing all consumer marketing activity.

His appointment follows a successful career as Sales Director for O’Brien Glass in Sydney, Australia. During his time with O’Brien Glass, he was responsible for the sales team and key account management across both the building and automotive glass businesses. He also oversaw the customer contact centre.

Earlier in his career, André held a range of sales and marketing positions for companies including Coca Cola and Telecom New Zealand.

Initially from New Zealand, André has a Commerce Degree in Marketing from Auckland University.
